The results of the AD Scientific Index, a ranking and analysis system based on the performance and scientific productivity of researchers at the international level, were recently published.

On this occasion, Sergey Kuleshov, director of the Millennium Institute SAPHIR and academic of the Department of Exact Sciences of the Andrés Bello University, obtained the first place in the national ranking, while he obtained the twelfth place in Latin America. ranking at the national level, while he obtained the twelfth place at the Latin American level.

This result was consolidated thanks to 207 publications reported during the period and the number of times the researcher's articles were cited with a total of 258,105 accumulated during the period 2023. 

Dr. Kuleshov is an experimental nuclear physicist and holds a PhD in physical and mathematical sciences from the Alikhanov Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (ITEP) in Moscow, Russia. His research interests include experimental nuclear physics and high-energy physics, among others.

We also highlight two researchers who are members of the Saphir Millennium Institute, who are in the following positions in the ranking : second place, William Brooks, an academic at the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, and in third place, William Brooks, an academic at the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. and, in third place. Giovanna Cottin, young researcher of our institute and academic of the Institute of Physics of the Catholic University of Chile.
