SAPHIR Millennium Institute researcher was invited as a keynote speaker atthe first business meeting organized by the Ministry of Science, which aimed to present its technological strengthening program and discuss the options that would open up for the country after the request to make Chile an associate state of CERN.
In an event held at SOFOFA's HUB, representatives of the national business, industrial and technological ecosystem met, with the participation of representatives of ACTI Chile, the Technology Companies Guild, the Chilean Electrical and Electronics Industry Association, among others .
On this occasion, Jilberto Zamora, associate researcher at the Millennium Institute SAPHIR and academic at the Universidad Andrés Bello, spoke about his experience as a researcher and the role that the Institute has played in the current collaboration between Chile and the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN.
