Francisca Garay

Alternate Director

Francisca Garay holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in physics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Ph.D. in experimental particle physics and is an academic at the Faculty of Physics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

As a researcher and as alternate director of the Saphir Millennium Institute, Dr. Garay seeks to contribute to particle physics from the theoretical point of view and then apply this knowledge to the search for and study of particles using data from the Large Hadron Collider.
